What is your sizing like?

You will find a size guide for each item on the product listing,

Please use the size guide prior to ordering to help assist with purchasing the correct size.

How is best to wash your items?

We advise washing on a gentle cycle, 30-40 degrees.

Tumble dry on low - air dry is best. 

Iron on a medium setting.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide :)

How long is shipping?

UK shipping is approximately 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for.

International shipping is approximately 7-10 working days

via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

We will not be held responsible for any delays by Royal Mail.

What is your turnaround?

As our items are handmade to order, our current turn around is 2-3 weeks.

If you do require your order sooner, please message before ordering and I would be happy to help

Returns and Exchanges

As our items are all made to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we will always try our best to help if there are any problems, Please message within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please make sure to double check our size guides linked within each description, to avoid disappointment.

Custom fees and taxes

AshleyRose are not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges. If the customer chooses to refuse these charges, we reserve the right to charge the customer both depart and return shipment costs along with any additional charges by customs.
